Returns

Return authorization is required before returning the sauna. Eligible return requests must be made within 30 days of the shipping date. Customers are responsible for return postage on eligible returns unless the return results from an error by the supplier. Opened or used saunas accepted for return may be subject to a $100 restocking fee.
