Experience a different approach to controlled cooling with the Protocol⁴ CryoCloud P100 Dry Cooling Bed. Designed as a professional dry flotation and cooling system, the P100 combines a cushioned reclining surface with a chilled-water membrane, allowing the user to experience surrounding cooling while remaining dry.
During operation, the user reclines on the dry membrane while a motorized platform gradually lowers the body into the chilled-water membrane. This creates an immersive cooling environment without requiring the user to enter a traditional cold-plunge tub or direct-water immersion system.

Site Preparation & Installation
Professional electrical installation is required. A certified electrician must install a dedicated 220V–240V circuit using the supplied earthed industrial plug and base. The CryoCloud P100 must not be connected to a standard U.S. 110V/15A outlet.
Due to the 563 lb dry weight of the float bed and its oversized dimensions, Protocol⁴ specifies that a forklift must be available on-site to unload the unit from the delivery truck.
The industrial chiller generates heat and moderate operating noise during cooling. Protocol⁴ recommends positioning the chiller in a separate equipment room or behind a sound-dampening partition when practical. Connection piping and communication cables permit a maximum distance of approximately 13 feet (4 meters) between the bed and chiller.
System Setup & Operation
The CryoCloud P100 uses an internal water membrane connected to the separate chiller. Protocol⁴ instructs that the membrane be filled to approximately 5/6, or 83%, of capacity rather than completely filled, leaving sufficient space for displacement during operation.
The manufacturer states that the system cools at approximately 18°F (10°C) per hour. When cooling from room temperature, adequate pre-cooling time should be allowed before a scheduled session. Users should follow all Protocol⁴ operating instructions for filling, system priming, air removal, temperature adjustment, platform operation, and session management.
Care & Maintenance
The CryoCloud membrane is a precision-engineered component and should be protected from punctures and sharp objects. Users should remove jewelry, watches, and other sharp accessories before using the system.
Protocol⁴ instructs operators to wipe the membrane surface after each session using an appropriate non-corrosive disinfectant. Follow all manufacturer maintenance, cleaning, inspection, and operating instructions supplied with the system.
Shipping & Delivery
Protocol⁴ premium systems may require specialized handling, inspection, freight transportation, and delivery coordination. Shipping time varies based on inventory availability, destination, and delivery requirements. Standard orders generally ship within 5–60 business days, while oversized equipment requiring freight transportation, white-glove service, installation coordination, or specialized delivery logistics may require up to 80 business days before delivery.
For applicable large-equipment deliveries, the logistics team or delivery partner will contact the customer to coordinate delivery scheduling. Depending on the delivery requirements, service may include scheduled delivery appointments, specialized freight handling, indoor placement, and coordination regarding site access or installation requirements.
Customers should inspect the shipment upon delivery. Any visible damage should be noted on the carrier's delivery receipt and reported to RevitalLiving within 48 hours of delivery so the applicable supplier and freight-claim process can be coordinated.
Returns
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of purchase provided the product is sealed, unopened, unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging. Valid proof of purchase is required. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and a trackable shipping method is recommended. Warranty
Protocol⁴ provides a one-year guarantee from the date of purchase for the CryoCloud P100, covering all parts and technical services under normal operating conditions. Warranty coverage is subject to the manufacturer's applicable terms, operating requirements, limitations, and exclusions.
