Shipping & Delivery

Shipping within the United States is included in the purchase price. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, with delivery times varying by location and carrier. Home deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

Returns

Red Light Pro Devices accepts eligible returns within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unopened, in their original sealed packaging, and in new, unused condition. Prior return authorization is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping, and approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Once product packaging has been opened, the product is no longer eligible for return. The supplier states that opened products may be eligible for exchange for a different device.

Warranty
