Designed for two people, the Venetian RED combines a 10-heater full-spectrum infrared system, integrated red-light panel, chromotherapy lighting, Canadian Hemlock construction, Wi-Fi controls, Bluetooth audio, and a contemporary full-glass front.

The heating system incorporates near, mid, and far infrared with heaters positioned throughout the cabin. Two rear full-spectrum heaters feature individual intensity controls, while a large red-light panel is positioned at the front of the sauna. Integrated controls provide access to temperature, timer, lighting, audio, and applicable heater settings.

Installation & Electrical Requirements

The manufacturer specifies a 110/120V, 20A electrical supply and recommends using a qualified electrician for dedicated wiring and circuit-breaker verification. Confirm that the intended installation location provides adequate space, a level and suitable supporting surface, appropriate clearances, and the required electrical service.

Follow all manufacturer assembly, placement, ventilation, electrical, and operating instructions before using the sauna.

Shipping & Delivery

The Blisspod Venetian RED ships in five boxes secured on a pallet:

Blisspod products are shipped through third-party freight carriers. Unless otherwise stated for a specific order, delivery is curbside delivery. The pallet, skid, or crate will be delivered to the curb or another suitable location near the delivery address as determined by the carrier. The carrier may contact the customer to coordinate delivery.

Shipping and handling charges, when applicable, will be disclosed with the order. Additional charges may apply for address changes, re-delivery, storage, alternative delivery arrangements, or locations where standard curbside delivery cannot be completed. Customers are responsible for being available to receive the shipment.

Damaged or Missing Items

Inspect the shipment carefully at delivery. Missing or visibly damaged items should be noted on the carrier's bill of lading at the time of delivery. Blisspod requires shipping damage to be reported within 7 days of receipt. Photographs and other documentation may be required when reporting shipping damage.

Please contact RevitalLiving promptly if the shipment arrives damaged or with missing items so the applicable supplier and freight-claim process can be coordinated.

Returns & Cancellations

Blisspod may accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to its return requirements and prior written authorization. Products must be returned in their original wood crates. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted for credit or refund.

Approved refunds may be reduced by applicable shipping, handling, return-shipping, restocking, or other costs. According to Blisspod's policy, orders canceled before shipment is processed are subject to a 3% credit-card processing charge. Orders canceled after shipment are subject to applicable shipping charges. Opened products that are returned may also be subject to shipping and restocking charges based on their condition.

If part of a bundled order is canceled or returned, the original bundle discount may no longer apply and the refund may be adjusted to reflect the regular price of the products retained.

Warranty

Blisspod provides limited manufacturer warranty coverage for the wood structure, heating panels or heating elements, and electrical components. Published information supplied for the Venetian RED contains conflicting references to a 2-year and 3-year warranty period. The applicable warranty duration is therefore subject to the manufacturer's warranty documentation for this specific product. Warranty coverage is subject to the manufacturer's applicable terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions.
