Capacity & Model Configuration

Published manufacturer information references both 2–4 person and 4–6 person configurations for the Prague series. Capacity, UPC, and other model-specific details should be confirmed for the selected configuration before purchase.

Electrical Installation

The manufacturer specifies a 6000W electric sauna heater and lists a 240V, 27A electrical requirement in the product specifications. Professional electrical installation may be required. Use a qualified electrician to verify the appropriate circuit, wiring, breaker, and installation requirements for the selected model and local electrical codes before operating the sauna.

Shipping & Delivery

Blisspod products are shipped through third-party freight carriers. Unless otherwise stated for a specific product, delivery is curbside delivery. The pallet, skid, or crate will be delivered to the curb or another suitable location near the delivery address as determined by the carrier. The carrier may contact the customer to coordinate delivery.

Shipping and handling charges, when applicable, will be disclosed with the order. Additional charges may apply for address changes, re-delivery, storage, alternative delivery arrangements, or locations where standard curbside delivery cannot be completed. Customers are responsible for being available to receive the shipment.

Inspect your shipment carefully at delivery. Any missing or visibly damaged items should be noted on the carrier's bill of lading at the time of delivery. Blisspod requires shipping damage to be reported within 7 days of receipt. Photographs and other documentation may be required when reporting shipping damage.

Returns & Cancellations

Blisspod may accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to its return requirements and prior written authorization. Products must be returned in their original wood crates. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted for credit or refund.

Approved refunds may be reduced by applicable shipping, handling, return-shipping, restocking, or other costs. According to Blisspod's policy, orders canceled before shipment is processed are subject to a 3% credit-card processing charge. Orders canceled after shipment are subject to applicable shipping charges. Opened products that are returned may also be subject to shipping and restocking charges based on their condition.

If part of a bundled order is canceled or returned, the original bundle discount may no longer apply and the refund may be adjusted to reflect the regular price of the products retained.

Warranty

The Blisspod Prague includes a 12-month manufacturer warranty. Warranty service is subject to the manufacturer's terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions. Documentation and photographs of a product defect may be required when requesting warranty service.
